An Interactive & Relational Approach

Helping individuals, families, and
couples build lives and relationships.

Are you ready to make a change?

If you're feeling stuck in the same patterns and ready for something different, you've come to the right place. Maybe you're tired of making decisions you later regret, or you want to feel more confident trusting your own judgment. Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're taking this step toward creating the life and relationships you truly want.

I did my postgraduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family & the Multicultural Family Institute.

I was led to the Ackerman Institute by my interest in family work, inter-generational trauma, the intersections of class, race, gender and social context and history. After many years practicing in the city I am happy to bring my skills to individuals, couples and families in Westchester.

I enjoy working with couples and families, helping disrupt painful patterns and move into more powerful, positive ways of relating.

Trauma-informed care: I create a safe space where you can heal from difficult experiences at your own pace, with your comfort and safety as the priority.

Attachment-based: I help you understand how past relationships affect you now and support you in building the healthy connections you deserve.

Rooted in connection: Our therapeutic relationship is built on trust and respect, creating the foundation for meaningful growth and change.

More About Me

I am a Columbia University-trained psychotherapist and have been practicing therapy for the past 22 years. My style of practice is interactive and relational. This means we will collaborate to build a strong relationship, which we will use to work through what you need help with. I will be transparent and share my thoughts with you. This will be an active therapy experience where we will use our smarts and strengths collaboratively to bring about change. I believe that we are all best understood when space is made for all that impacts us- including our gender, class, race, sexual orientation, families of origin, and how all these parts of us intersect with social context, history, and the world around us.

Over the past five years, I have built a private therapy practice in Ardsley, working with teens, adult individuals, couples, and families. I work in person and virtually throughout NYC, Westchester, and Upstate NY.  Prior to this, I spent 7  years as a Senior Therapist at Tribeca Therapy, helping to build a thriving group practice. I also served as a Senior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at the FDNY.

“I always tell my couples who come in for premarital counseling that they’re doing the right thing,” she says. “You shouldn’t wait until you’re married to talk about stuff, including how many kids you want to have. There are so many things that get triggered in relationships that need to be talked about.”
