“Karen is an extremely warm, compassionate, calm and intelligent therapist. I have trained with her over the years and collaborated on clients and anyone who is able to work with her is extremely lucky to have her in their corner.”
—Justine Carino, LMHC
“Working with Karen for over 7 years has truly transformed our relationship. When we first started therapy, we were struggling to communicate, and unresolved issues were beginning to create distance between us. From the very first session, Karen created a safe, nonjudgmental space where we both felt heard and respected.”

Premarital Therapy
This can be an incredibly useful therapy for couples planning to deepen their commitment to each other, whether that be through marriage or intention. I will help you tackle the tougher, more sensitive topics, such as sex, money, and family. We will strategize around pre-wedding family issues that so often arise during this life-cycle event. It can be incredibly helpful for couples to have a therapist who knows them and can help them at different stages of their relationship. Sessions are 50 minutes.
