My individual therapy services are for teens ages 15+, young adults transitioning to life post-high school and post-college, singles, new parents, grandparents, and other adult individuals.

My couples therapy services are for couples navigating the premarital period, life cycle issues (such as adding children to the family, career changes, and retirement), sex and sexuality, affairs, separation and divorce, retirement and aging, illness and chronic illness, and trauma.

My family therapy services are for couples with young children, adult siblings, adult parent and child families, families with teens, adult siblings planning for aging parents, families with children who have special needs, LGBTQ families, families experiencing cut-off family relationships, step-family relationships, families navigating kind uncoupling, and those seeking parent coaching.

I offer both in-person sessions at my Ardsley office and secure online sessions for your convenience. Virtual sessions are available for people across the state of New York.

Session fees depend on the type and length of service. I'm happy to discuss costs and payment options when we speak during your consultation.

I'm an out-of-network provider, which allows me to focus entirely on your needs without insurance limitations. Depending on your insurance, you may be eligible to receive full or partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I would recommend reaching out to your provider to find out whether you have an out-of-network benefit. I am happy to discuss this more with you on our initial call.
